Cooking Time : 30 min

Total Time: 50 min 

Serving: ~40 Beignet Soufflé

Recipe:

4 cups of flower

1 cup of whole milk 

¼ cup of vegetable oil 

¾ cups of sugar (add to your preference)

1 teaspoon of banking powder (add any flavor and to your preference)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

¼ tea spoon of (salt add to your preference)

4 eggs 

Facultative flavors:

Vanilla extract

Nutmeg

Directions:

Add oil + sugar 

Whisk or mix 

Add eggs

Whisk or mix 

Add vanilla extract + Add milk

Whisk or mix 

Add flower, baking powder, salt +nutmeg

Use spatula and mix gently 

Helpful Tips!

Preheat vegetable oil on 8 for 8 minutes

Bring it down to medium (6) when ready to fry 

Enjoy your meal!

Do not overheat your oil. This will allow the inside of the baked goods to cook well.
