1. My fitness journey started in 2021 when my healthcare provider called and advised me to regulate my glucose levels before my next physical to avoid being put on medication.
2. Stretching exercise of choice
3. Weighted Jump rope 60 secs or dance for 3-5 min for warmup!
4. 5 minutes run on the treadmill. My current speed mph = 6.2 | Incline = 1.0 | Pace= 9.40
5. 5 minutes on the Stair Master. My current level = 7 → ~15 floors.
6. I attempt 10- 12 reps X 3 sets/circuits per exercise. 7-10 exercises maximum per session.
7. I do intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours daily.
8. Water 💧💦 intake goal 72- 128 ounces.
9. I aim to exercise 5x/week for 20-45 minutes.
10. I aim to keep moving all day → 5,000 – 10,000 steps daily = ~ 500 calories burned daily.
11. I cheat on Saturday and Sunday. I remix popular drinks and meals at home and attempt to make them slightly healthier. See my recipes on the blog.
12. I am not a fitness professional. I learn as I go. I am sharing what works for me. The key is to have fun 🤩.

My Meal Guidelines Tips 🍽️ 🥘
⁃ Combination of Protein, high-quality fat & Fiber | Veggies
⁃ Water → intake up
⁃ Low fat, starch, carbohydrates & sugar
⁃ Homemade meals, drinks, smoothies, coffee, breakfast, etc….
⁃ Calorie deficit via meal portions and intermittent fasting
⁃ Sugar source preferably from fruits
