How to perform a push-up as a beginner

Push-ups are intimidating. Pushups require a lot of mind, body, and soul connections. I first started with an incline push-up. Next push-up release. Now I can properly perform 8 to 10 push-ups for three rounds with 60 seconds rest max in between.  I don’t enjoy doing push-ups.  However, I did notice that it is one of the best upper-body muscle-building exercises. It gives me so much power, strength, and endurance. If I complete pushups properly at the beginning of my workout, best believe the rest of my workout will be very efficient.

CurVyFIT-Ness Tips: 

→3 rounds * 12 reps per round for each exercise. 1:30 seconds maximum break in between supersets. Total of 3 supersets per workout.
→Focus on slow movements and deep breath breathing.
