In this video, I’m only doing an assisted dip, but let me tell you, my body was on fire after this upper-body session. The road to your first pull-up (or even a clean dip) is tough, but worth every rep.
Your health is your number one priority. Without it, you can’t build wealth, you can’t take care of your loved ones, and you won’t live long enough to enjoy the fruits of your work. Health doesn’t guarantee a long life, but if you do live long, your quality of life will be so much higher.
That’s why I train 4 days a week with functional strength & conditioning, paired with 5 days of cardio. Cardio can be joyful with dancing, singing, walking outdoors in Zone 2, or any aerobic activity you love.
This is how you build discipline. This is how you stay intentional. This is how you lay the foundation for your investment empire journey.
