This PHYSICIANS FORMULA Healthy Lip Velvet Liquid Lipstickk is excellent. Very comfortable soft matte velvet finish. Lasts 10 hours easy. It is not drying but lips must be exfoliated and hydrated before application. No mess at all. You may need to reapply depending on the individual but I rarely do. The wand is not unique. It is similar to the Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Lip Color wands. The application is effortless and the colors I enjoy are Red-storative Effects, Noir-ishing Plum, Raisin’ Immunity and Nut-ritious. Please note that not all colors perform as well. The formula is rich, thick and very full coverage. The product is amazing. Let the first coat dry and reapply if needed. As it fades you can barely see a difference. Fades naturally from the inner part of the lips. I suggest lining up the contour of the lip first before applying the lip color of choice to prevent any bleeding. The color used here is Noir-ishing Plum and I line it up with cappuccino, toast, nutmeg, espresso or hot cocoa from the NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Slim Lip Pencil line.
