Salut BeautyKing🤴🏾& BeautyQueen 👸🏽💚💋💛 AKA Hello Transformers 💪🏾 – ready, set, let’s get that body toned 🔥😆. Let’s accentuate those hips, curves, waist, core, and glutes. 


Stretching exercise of choice 
Weighted Jump rope 60 secs or dance for 3-5 min for warmup!
5 minutes run on the treadmill. My current speed mph = 6.2.  Incline = 1.0
5 minutes on the Stair Master. My current level = 7 → ~15 floors.
I attempt 10- 12 reps X 3 sets/circuits per exercise. 7-10 exercises maximum per session. 
I do intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours daily.
Water 💧💦 intake goal 72- 128 ounces. 
I aim to exercise 5x/week for 20-45 minutes. 
I aim to keep moving all day → 5,000 – 10,000 steps daily = ~  500 calories burned daily.
I cheat on Saturday and Sunday. I remix popular drinks and meals at home and attempt to make them slightly healthier. See my recipes on the blog.

My Meal Guidelines Tips 🍽️🥘 


Protein heavy 
Fiber | Veggies | Water → intake up 
Low fat 
Low sugar 
Homemade meals, drinks, smoothies, coffee, breakfast, etc…. 
Calorie deficit via meal portions and intermittent fasting 
Sugar source preferably from fruits
