The back bridge pose was a success!!! It has been a long time since I attempted. Not too bad. I Will be improving on straightening my arms. Stay tuned as I improve 👀.

Rest for 30-90 secs in between each Superset  3


Repeat 3X -4X Minimum 🔁 for a full workout 🏋🏾‍♀️
