1 MIN Static stretching Cool down exercises post workout | Reduce soreness | Improve: Muscle Recovery | Mobility | Strength | Balance & Fexibility🤸🏽‍♀️♡


– Hamstring knee-to-chest stretch to Address Tight Muscles 
– Full-back bridge pose for full-body extension 


Incorporating these 2 exercises into my mobility routine post-motherhood has made me feel much stronger, sexy, and feminine again. I hold each exercise for 30 to 60 seconds. Focus on slow movements and deep breath breathing. The key is to keep practicing for improved form. It gets easier. I need to work on extending my arms more on the full back bridge pose but so far so good versus 30 Days ago.
