Body Wash Empties, Intentional Shopping, and Traveling as a Mom Without a Village

Today’s body wash empties are about more than the products I have used. They represent how I now decide what to buy, what deserves a place in my routine, and what I am willing to spend my money on.

After blogging for so long, I have learned that you do not have to purchase everything that is trending. If you want to build a profitable brand and create long-term financial security, your decisions must remain connected to your principles and goals.

I now keep a shopping list, check that list before buying anything, and normally wait until I have finished a product before replacing it. I also follow the one in, one out rule. When one body wash is empty, I can bring in one new body wash.

This system helps me control clutter, manage my budget, and stay focused on my one million dollar plus net worth and investment journey. I can still enjoy beauty and body care products, but I do not need to overconsume or buy something simply because everyone is talking about it.

The same principle applies to your health, fitness, wellness, relationships, marriage, finances, and personal goals. You must first identify your principles and decide what you are working toward. Then you can track, measure, standardize, optimize, become more efficient, and eventually scale what is working.

This is especially important when you are a mother or parent without a village. When you are caring for everyone else, it is easy to forget yourself. That is often how your workouts disappear, your health gets neglected, and vacations are continuously postponed.

I have a personal rule that I need to travel approximately four to six times each year. The trips can be major or minor, but I have to continue making room for travel. It reminds me that I am still a whole person outside of motherhood, work, and my daily responsibilities.

It is not always easy, and I understand that my ability to keep doing these things may make me an exception right now. However, if I can do it, that proves another possibility exists. I want to help create more of these exceptions until prioritizing yourself becomes normal.

Life is fast-paced, and we are constantly being encouraged to shop, spend, and stay broke. It can be difficult to know what to do or where to begin. That is why I create practical templates and guides to help you organize your goals, manage your routines, and make decisions that support the life you are trying to build.

In the video, you will see the body care products I have used and what I have been enjoying. For this trip, Fine’ry is the body wash brand I will be adding to my luggage. I’m keeping my travel choices simple.
