Incorporate Equipment or accessories if applicable. 


Alternatively, if you prefer to use a timer ⏱️ ⏲️ , perform each exercise as follows → 45 seconds ON with a 15-second rest. Repeat 3X -4X Minimum 🔁 for a full workout 🏋🏾‍♀️
